What is Pink Bee Honey?
Pink Bee (granulated) honey is a natural sweetener, combining unrefined cane sugar with honey. It looks much like regular granulated sugar, but has all the benefits of “real” honey..
Pink Bee Honey has a smooth honey flavour, and is easier to use than regular honey as you don’t have to worry about the sticky, tacky mess. This sweetener tastes great in tea, coffee, smoothies, cocktails, sauces, desserts, yogurt, and could also be used as a cooking rub.
There is an unlimited shelf life for this crystallized honey. Just be sure to store it sealed in cool and dry conditions for optimum usage.
The Perfect Combination: Cane Sugar and Honey
Cane sugar is an all natural ingredient that complements the great honey flavour without the need of additives or other less healthy substitutes like processed white sugar or corn fructose.
Pure honey is hygroscopic (absorbs moisture easily) and becomes sticky and clumps almost instantly. Cane sugar is less hygroscopic than honey, making it easier to dry into a granulated form. By combining the cane sugar with pure honey you get Pink Bee Honey, a true honey flavour that maintains a granulated powder form that is perfect for beverages, cooking and baking.
